SHIFTER partners with the Ottawa Citizen on three part hip-hop article series

The Ottawa Citizen, the largest newspaper in the nation's capital by circulation, published a three part article series on hip-hop and Black culture in Ottawa. The series highlights the realities and difficulties of being a Black hip-hop artist in the capital. SHIFTER's Kevin Bourne consulted on the series and wrote one of the articles.
